How Buying Works
Purchasing a yacht from Europe may seem complex, but OceanBridge Yachts makes the process simple, transparent, and secure. From the moment you choose a yacht to its delivery in West Africa, we guide you every step of the way.
1. Yacht Selection
We help you identify suitable yachts from reputable European brokers and dealerships. Based on your budget, preferences, and intended use, we curate a shortlist of quality pre-owned motor yachts that meet your requirements.
3. Negotiation & Purchase
Our team assists with price negotiation and coordinates with the seller or brokerage on your behalf. We guide you through the purchase agreement, payment structure, and ownership documentation to ensure a secure transaction.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Your yacht is transported safely from Europe to West Africa through trusted shipping partners or professional delivery crews. We coordinate logistics and keep you informed throughout the journey.
2. Inspection & Due Diligence
Once a yacht is selected, we arrange an independent marine inspection and technical survey. This ensures the vessel’s condition, engine performance, and documentation are thoroughly verified before any purchase decision is made.
4. Export & Documentation
After purchase, we manage the export process from Europe. This includes preparing necessary documents, deregistration (if required), and coordinating with shipping partners to ensure compliance with international maritime regulations.
6. Port Clearance & Handover
Upon arrival in Ghana or Nigeria, we assist with port clearance procedures and guide you through the final steps of receiving your yacht. We ensure the transition from purchase to ownership is smooth and stress-free.
